We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

We are not responsible for typographical or photographic errors on this site, including any such errors in relation to prices.

Payments will only be accepted in Australian Dollars

We offer a 30-day account for eligible customers with an agreed credit limit. With a 30-day account we will ship your order and then send the invoice to you. To find out if you qualify for a trading account simply speak to one of our representatives.

If a 30-day account is not suitable for you, you can use your own credit card or send payment in advance.

The price payable for the goods ordered is the price specified on this site, plus any applicable shipping and handling charges. Prices are inclusive of GST.

Title to the goods purchased on this site does pass from Aquatek Products Pty Ltd to you until we have received payment in full for the goods. All risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

To the extent permitted by law, Aquatek Products Pty Ltd will not be liable, in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive loss or damages or any loss or damages whatsoever, including (but not limited to) loss of use, data, or profits, arising out of or in connection with:
